With first #COVID positive case detected in Bihar on March 21st in Munger, now the number of infected districts stand at 20 with 223 cases across the state. In one month lockdown period the speed of virus’s spread poses serious questions on the containment measures of the govt and indicates its abject failure.
A small state like Haryana with 29 million population has done 18845 tests whereas Bihar having 126 million population has done only 16050 tests. If Bihar continues to neglect TESTING,it will be disastrous and contagion will infect more people unabated. What double engine govt is doing?
Could the Bihar govt tell us as to:-
▪️How many Panchayats sanitized till date?
▪️What it has done to scale up hospital capacity?
▪️What is the status of Ventilators & testing kits?
I once again reiterate, suppressing of facts with help of media management would only add to the misery.
