Kaushlendra Pandey /Patna, 19 December/The newly appointed State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Bihar, Shri Sanjay Saraogi, on Friday morning paid courtesy visits to senior party leaders at their respective residences. During these meetings, he honoured the senior leaders, enquired about their well-being, and sought organisational guidance.
Shri Saraogi first visited the residence of senior BJP leader, former Union Minister, Padma awardee, and former State President Dr. C. P. Thakur. He honoured Dr. Thakur, enquired about his health, and held an extensive discussion on organisational matters for nearly an hour.
Thereafter, the BJP State President visited the residence of former Governor Shri Ganga Prasad at Bailey Road, where he honoured him and received his blessings. The two leaders engaged in a detailed and constructive discussion.
Subsequently, Shri Saraogi visited the residence of senior BJP leader and former Member of the Legislative Council, Smt. Kiran Ghai. He honoured her, enquired about her well-being, and sought guidance on various organisational issues.
Dr. C. P. Thakur and former Governor Shri Ganga Prasad expressed confidence that under the leadership of Shri Sanjay Saraogi, the BJP organisation would become stronger and would play a significant role in the development of Bihar.
Shri Sanjay Saraogi assured the senior leaders that he would leave no stone unturned in strengthening the organisation. He stated that seeking blessings and guidance from senior leaders has always been an integral tradition of Mithila and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
It is noteworthy that Shri Sanjay Saraogi formally assumed charge as the BJP Bihar State President on Thursday.
